Cancellation Policy
Please be aware, there is a 24 hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, as well as missed appointments (“no-shows”), may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the scheduled service, which will be charged to the card on file. I sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this policy allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another guest.
